Decisions made after our meeting at Fat cowboys during cowboy homecoming weekend. C/O Kim Mouser Linam ....
By the way we had lots of fun planning this together and decided that 20 years is way too long!!

We decided that we are going to charge $20 per family at the door. We need to gather email addresses
so that we can send out an e-vite. So pass it along.

Food will be provided by Lonnie's Beer Drinking Bar B Que Team
Pit will be provided by Ernest, I hear he is going to "Borrow" one from the Police Department.

We will put together a group to make the HEB run for Meat, Sausage, Hot Dogs for the Kids, Tortillas, Bottled Water, and Gatorade.

We will have everyone BYOB or bring your own ice chest. We will include that message on the e-vite.

Ernest will make the reservation for the Air bounce for the kids. We owe $250.00 for the Hall .

We decided we want to find out what the fee will be for the Hall cleaning up after us and just plan on that. Gary's clean-up crew will be suffering from a hang over or still be drunk and we can't count on them. Lonnie is going to talk to Ida about Beans and Rice, he has connections at one of the beer joints in McCoy imagine that!!! LOL

We need to get in touch with Patrick Carmack and have him send us all of the fabulous pics from our exciting 4 years at PHS.

Hall is $250.00 Joey paid the Deposit.

DJ is ?? Gary is going to make Dale Ray do something for, oh who knows what all of that is about???

Jumpy Thing (air bounce) is $200.00 we need to pull some money together to give to them.

What do you all think?? I think we have it covered.
Also you might want to bring some chairs.

Friday game - after party at the Oasis
Saturday - family fun activities and BBQ
Saturday Night - without the kiddos, we can't be responsible for what they might see!!

Oct. 24, 2008 after the football game there will be a get together at the Oasison Hwy 97
from 10pm til 2am. There will be an enclosed area for us. Come and join the fun..... Karaoke... tall tales
and remembering the good old days... Hope to see you there!!

Oct. 25, 2008Will be at Lonestar Lodge(old Peace Valley area) off of Hwy 476 Granoto Rd and Lonestar Rd.
Family daytime activities 12pm-5pm and at night the dance 7:30pm. (for adults only) More definate times to be announced.
We will also post driving directions.
